In 2010, she became the founding Vice Chairman of the Coalition of Licensed Agencies Deploying Domestic and Skilled Workers Inc (CLADS) the biggest and most active recruitment industry organization that works closely with the government specially with the DMW (Dept of Migrant Workers) with the various country Labor Attaches, with the OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration). She has been active officer of various country specific organization to make sure that the market reality is fairly implemented for the benefit of the OFWs and of the foreign principal making sure that ethical recruitment process is observed.

 

Marcia Gonzalez-Sadicon is also a business executive with a heart. She became the 1st National President of an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) called AKO OFW INC. (Advocates and Keepers Organization of OFW) in 2017 to present. As such, she promotes the welfare and legal rights of OFW.

 

She is not just an overseas Job Provider but also the champion of the oppressed, abused OFWs at the same time protect the foreign principals for unreasonable OFWs. She adheres to fair handling Employer-Employee dispute. As an advocate against illegal recruitment and trafficking she is guided by this principle: Beyond Helping, Discipline. Thus, she applies fairness and let the ax fall where it should.
